Due to updated recommendations with COVID-19, our office will be open for emergency dental appointments only.
All routine dental appointments will be rescheduled. Pending no further changes, we plan to re-open for normal business on Monday, March 30.
For patients that schedule emergency appointments:
The health and safety of our team and patients will continue to be our highest priority. We are taking every possible precaution to ensure limited chances of exposure in our office and we kindly ask that our patients help us in reducing the risk of exposure so that we can maximize our sanitation efforts.
Please help us minimize the number of people in the building and do not enter unless you have an appointment. If you are accompanying a child or individual who needs assistance, please refrain from bringing any other siblings or family members with you. Our normal cancelation policies will be relaxed so please CALL or TEXT to reschedule if you or any family member experience any of the following: flu or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days, persistent cough, chest congestion, difficulty breathing or have been told you have a known case of the flu or COVID-19. Please reschedule if you are in a high-risk group or have been to a known hot-spot location in the last 14 days.
We will be offering patients and family members the option of waiting in their cars to decrease time spent in close proximity to other patients. Simply call when you arrive and we will let you know when we are ready to bring you back to the operatory. Please use the provided Hand sanitizer and washroom facilities when you come in for your appointment and after. We encourage you to follow the WHO and CDC guidelines and advice. The team at Montana Roots Dental Care appreciates your understanding and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or needs!
We will keep you updated! Thank you for your understanding!
